Participation in APPM Professional Exhibition

On February 6th - 8th, 2019 during XII APPM Annual Сonference in Klyazma Resort Hotel the traditional Professional Exhibition will take place.

Professional Exhibition at APPM Annual Conference  is the only winter professional exhibition in Russia gathering green industry professionals in its space: nurseries and their partners – garden centers’ representatives, scientists, suppliers of material, equipment and machinery for nurseries, landscape designers, municipal gardening organizations, professional mass media etc.

Exhibition is open on February 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, 2019

Conditions of Participation in the Professional Exhibition:

 *Participation fee for 2 persons, meals provided
**Participation fee for 1 persons

Exhibitor Package:

- advertisement stand in the foyer (1 table and 2 chairs);
- the opportunity of placing the company’s Roll-Up 0,85 х 2,0 m; 
- participation of 2 people in the Exhibition and at the Conference;
- meals (coffee breaks, lunches).

*In case more than 2 persons represent a company the additional participants must register and pay the registration fee.

Preferential registration fee is available for the exhibitors registered before December 10^th, 2018.

* An exhibitor registered before December 10^th, 2018 guarantees the payment according to the application agreement paying 100% of the total during 5 days after the date of the invoice till December 20^th, 2018.

In case there’s no payment till the due date the application agreement turns invalid and the APPM accountants prepare another invoice according to the prices valid from December 10^th, 2018.

* An exhibitor registered after December 10^th, 2018 guarantees the payment according to the application agreement paying 100% of the total during 5 days after the date of the invoice till January 25^th, 2019.

In case there’s no payment till the due date the application agreement turns invalid.

Promotional inserts in the conference participants’ packages till December 10^th, 2018 (Preferential Prices) - 320 EUR
Promotional inserts in the conference participants’ packages  from December 11^th, 2018 till January 20^th, 2019 - 430 EUR

Promotional materials must be delivered to Klyazma Resort Hotel strictly on February 4^th from 9 a.m. till 12 p.m.

Promotional speech on February 6^th-7^th, 10 min. - 650 EUR
