*One night room price includes breakfast buffet.
Guests staying in Resort Hotel "Klyazma" on February 5th – 9th, 2018 have an opportunity to order dinner sending the Room Booking Application and pay for dinner (650 RUB) while paying for the Hotel accomodation or at the hotel’s reception.

Please specify that you’re coming to APPM Conference. Only this staff member books the hotel’s rooms for XI APPM Conference participants.
Bank transfers are possible till December 29^th, 2017

Payments via cash or credit cards will be agreed with the director.
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 14:00, you can keep your belongings in the store room.
Late check-out from 14:00 till 18:00 is charged at additional 50% of one night's stay.
Late check-out after 18:00 is charged at additional 100% of one night's stay.

* The documents (invoice, agreement, certificate) will be posted to the address provided in your application after the conference.
* There is a fixed number of rooms booked in Resort Hotel "Klyazma" for APPM, in case they are not used they can be rebooked by other guests after January 14^th, 2018.
*Your check-in documents will be processed quickly if your provide the reception with your passport copy.
