Terms of participation

The registration for the conference is open till January, 20, 2020. Early bird registration is open through December, 10, 2019.

Professional exhibition participation on February 3-5th (2 persons, meals provided)	1360 EUR	1650 EUR	The conference exhibitor’s pack includes: - promotional area in the foyer (1 table and 2 chairs); - the opportunity of placing a promotional banner of the company (Roll-Up 0,85 х 2,0 m); - participation of 2 persons at the exhibition and the conference; - meals (coffee breaks, lunches); - 5 invitations to visit the exhibition.

Promotional attachments to the participant pack:

The possible formats of the promotional attachments are: leaflets, booklets, brochures, notebooks, price lists. The possible size is up to А4.
In case you offer several leaflets, they should be stapled together or put into one folder.
Besides, you can attach such promotional items as mini-souvenirs (pens, key chains, tape measures etc.), bags with seeds and other product samples.

Total possible weight of a promotional attachment can be up to 100 g.

Approximate number of the attachments is 900. After the registration is closed (after January, 20, 2020) we’ll send you an information letter with the exact number of the participants.

Promotional materials must be delivered to Concert Hall Izmailovo, Moscow, strictly on February 2^th from 9 a.m. till 12 p.m.

Advertising in the conference reports book.
All the participants of the conference will be provided with a free copy of the conference reports book. The reports books will be also sold at the green industry fairs and conferences. The circulation is 1 500 copies.

Advertising module in the conference reports book, А5 format. The advertising module should be provided before December, 20, 2019.	650 EUR
Advertising and information article in the conference reports book (2 pages, А5 format). The text up to 4 000 symbols should be provided before December, 1, 2019.	650 EUR
